Hires are charged from 'base to base', being either Marble Arch or Heathrow Airport, depending on the pick up location. Different rates may apply on Christmas Day, New Years Day and other public holidays. Additional information: All drivers wear smart business dress (suit, shirt and tie). We observe a no smoking policy in all cars. Gratuities are at the client's discretion. Cancellation charges: Less than 4 hours before scheduled pick up: 100% of Deposit Between 4 and 24 hours before pick up: 50% of deposit More than 24 hours before pick up: 10% of deposit (Subject to £5 minimum)
